Our Instuctors:
Iglika Dimitrova- Director, Choreographer and Dance Instuctor Iglika was 6-year-old when she began her dance career by auditioning and joining a Bulgarian Dance Company-Zornitza. Her talent was immediately recognized by her coach, and only after one year of training she did her first big stage performance at the age of 7. Soon after her debut she was the featured soloist in the production “Dolls” with her youth dance partner Illiyan. Iglika continued her dance training with an avid enthusiasm, and at age of 11 begun dancing and competing in the 10 International Ballroom Dances. She danced and performed all throughout High School and College and won numerous awards and recognitions for her country.
Upon relocating to the US, she joined another dance company and performed with it for2 years.
In October of 2007, Iglika established Dance Studio Passion- a prominent ballroom dance school. Since its origination
the school has reached its third year mile stone, and has served well its many students and fans throughout Central
New Jersey. Iglika is a talented dancer, true performer and well sought dance teacher.
She is known for her dedication to the success of her students, and for the capacity to bring the best of their skills and
dance abilities.
Bob Gai- Dance Instuctor and Choreographer Bob Gai has begun his dance career as a child with training in Ballet and Jazz. As a teenager, he joined a Theater Dance Company and performed regularly in their theater shows. His passion for dance expanded his horizons and he begun formal Ballroom training in his High School years. Bob and Iglika met in the US and begun competing and working together. Their love for dance and passion for teaching have led them to establish Dance Studio Passion.
Dance Studio Passion is specializing the fine Art of Ballroom, Latin and Social Dancing. The studio offers group classes, wedding choreography, individual lessons and performances. We serve the central New Jersey area- Woodbridge, Edison, Fords, Highland Park, New Brunswick, Carteret, Metuchen, Iselin and Staten Island, NY. In November of 2010 the Studio celebrated its 3rd year Anniversary with an amazing Gala Dinner and Spectacular Student Showcase! We have more than 100 students ana more than 250 supporters! Our mission is to stay true to the Art of Dance and to continie delivering an outstanding instruction to our students and level of performance to our audience!
