Dance Studio Passion Policy and Procedures

In an effort to provide you with the best customer care and finest dance instruction, the following policies and procedures will take effect beginning May, 1st 2011. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies:

1.Group classes meet once a week and run on 6 or 8 week basis. Class fees are $90 or $120 respectively for 6 or 8 week class. Payments are due at the time of registration. Late registration fee of $10 will be charged after the registration deadline. Exception will be made for first timers only. They can attend a try-out class and pay at the door. Price at the door is $20.00 per lesson. All class fees must be pre-paid prior to beginning of the class. Class fees are non refundable.

 2. All group classes are 50 minutes in length. Please, arrive on time to allow for prompt beginning of the class.

3. A minimum of 4 students are required for a group class to take place. The studio reserves its right to cancel a class if less than 4 students register for class.

4. All private lessons must be pre-paid at the time of booking with a check, cash or credit card. 24 hour cancellation rule will apply. If you cancel prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will get a full refund. Appointments canceled later than that will be charged $35.00 cancellation fee.

5. All private lessons are 50 minutes, unless different arrangements are made. If you are taking an hour and half or a double private lesson, you can arrange with your teacher to have no break in between.

6. All sales are final.There are no refunds, credits or make up extensions for missed dance classes or sessions.

7. One time registration fee of $25.00 for all children classes will be charged at the time of registration. The fee is non-refundable!
